Highly sensitive person and True Self

How putting a label on yourself can limit your access to your resilience and potential for wellbeing

I have been exploring the topic of high sensitivity for a few months. Being a very sensitive person myself and having some deeply transformative experiences that allowed me to experience myself and life in a new way, I feel moved to help other highly sensitive people to connect with their True Self that is deeper and closer than any trait of their psychology. Today I would like to share a conversation I had with Veronika Kuehn, a transformative coach, serenity and resilience expert and a highly sensitive person.
